Order Cancellation

At Zivara, we're all about making your shopping experience for our handbag collection as smooth as possible. We get that sometimes plans change, so let's go over our Order Cancellation Policy that explains how to cancel an order easily. This applies to all purchases made through our Shopify site and store (the “Services”). Check out the details below.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order might already be in processing or shipped, which means it can't be canceled anymore.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Cancellable Orders: If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can cancel it within that 6-hour time frame.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: If your order has shipped or involves personalized, engraved, or custom-made items, you won't be able to cancel it. However, you could still return it after delivery, following our Refund and Return Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • (Optional) A reason for cancellation, just so we can improve

We'll confirm if your cancellation is eligible within 1 business day.

Refund After Cancellation

If we approve your cancellation, you’ll get a full refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that how fast the refund appears can depend on your bank or payment provider, but it usually shows up within 10 business days. Check out our Payment Policy for more details.
