At Zivara, we want you to feel satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines how to return items, when refunds are processed, and other key details. We accept returns for items that are either defective or non-defective.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, except for those classified as Final Sale or listed as non-returnable below.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or excessive use beyond normal try-on might be denied a return or receive a partial refund.

Return Window

Standard return period: 30 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, you need to request authorization within this timeframe.

How to Start a Return

1. Log into your Zivara account and locate your order.
2. Choose the item(s) you want to return and select your return method: in-store or by mail.
3. For mail returns, you’ll get a return authorization and a printable return label once your return is approved.
4. Pack the item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

Return Methods

In-store

Bring the item and your order confirmation to any Zivara retail location (if applicable). Show a valid ID and proof of purchase.

By mail

Use the prepaid return label sent with your return authorization, or follow the printed instructions if you’re covering the return cost yourself.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, Zivara will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping cost.
• For non-defective returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise during a promotional return offer.
• Returns made in-store are free of charge.

Once your return request is approved, you can download and print a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee

Zivara does not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Refund Processing Time

As soon as we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll process refunds within 10 business days.

Refunds will go back to the original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that method isn’t available, we may provide store credit instead, at our discretion.

Exchanges

Zivara does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product and then place a new order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Zivara Customer Support immediately. We’ll arrange a prepaid return for a replacement or refund.

Please keep all packaging and take photos of the damaged item for claims processing.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as Final Sale or non-returnable (such as personalized products). These cannot be returned unless they’re defective.

Inspection and Partial Refunds

We inspect returned items. If something isn’t in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Fraud Prevention

Zivara reserves the right to refuse returns that appear fraudulent. Repeated misuse of the policy may result in account restrictions.
